Cookie Notice
Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and short-lived session tokens. This Notice explains what we use, why, and how you can control them.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These are required to operate the Sovereign Suite website and workspace. They keep you signed in, remember your workspace preferences, protect against cross-site request forgery, and route requests to the correct region. You cannot disable these while using authenticated features.
3. Analytics and product improvement
Where we use analytics we prefer privacy-respecting, aggregated measurement. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent through the cookie banner and are used to understand how the Suite is used at an aggregate level, not to profile you or the evidence you submit.
4. Marketing cookies
We do not currently use third-party marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will list the providers here and require prior consent through the cookie banner.
5. Verification and Ledger data
Evidence submitted to the verification core, entries in the Ledger and Receipts are not stored in cookies. Cookies do not carry your verification content across sites.
6. Managing your preferences
You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner or in your workspace preferences. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Suite will not work without strictly necessary cookies.
