Copyright & IP Notice
Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. Ownership of the Suite
The Sovereign Suite platform — including the verification engine, Ledger software, Receipt formats, companion applications, documentation, branding, the "Sovereign", "Sovereign Suite", "Guardian Loop" and "Physical Ledger" marks, and all associated designs — is owned by the operator or its licensors and protected by copyright, trade mark, database and confidential- information laws.
2. Licence to use
Subject to the Terms & Conditions and payment of applicable fees, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Suite for your internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicence or reproduce the Suite except as permitted by law.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the evidence, records and metadata you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, hash, timestamp and display Your Content solely to provide the Suite, to issue and verify Receipts, and to comply with law. We do not use Your Content to train third-party models.
4. Receipts and Ledger entries
Receipts issued by the Suite are designed to be portable and independently verifiable. Nothing in this Notice restricts your ability to share, publish or rely upon a Receipt for its intended purpose of verification.
5. Feedback
If you submit ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them without obligation.
6. Copyright takedown
If you believe content on the Suite infringes your rights, email legal@sovereignsuite.com.au with: identification of the work; the URL or identifier of the allegedly infringing material; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act. We will respond promptly and preserve provenance records of any action taken.
7. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
