1. 30-day money-back guarantee
[Your Legal Entity Name] (ABN [ABN]) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with your Sovereign Suite subscription, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will process it.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@sovereignsuite.com.au with the receipt or order number from your confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
3. Donations and sponsorships
Donations to the Sovereign Suite Research Programme are voluntary and generally non-refundable once processed, because funds are committed to research activities. If a donation was made in error, contact us within 14 days. Sponsorships are generally non-refundable once programme delivery has begun; see the Sponsorship Terms and Research Programme Terms for full detail. Sponsorships do not confer securities, equity, debt or revenue share.
4. Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
