Sponsorship Terms
Last updated: 13 July 2026
Sponsorship tiers fund the Sovereign Suite Research Programme at scale and provide named recognition and briefing access. These Terms make clear that sponsorship is not an investment, security or managed investment scheme.
1. Nature of sponsorship
A sponsorship is a voluntary contribution to the Research Programme. It does not confer equity, debt, revenue share, dividend rights, profit participation, voting rights, or any other financial or ownership interest in the operator or any related entity. Nothing on this page or on the pricing page constitutes an offer of securities or a financial-product disclosure for the purposes of Chapter 6D or Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act 2001(Cth). Nothing on this page constitutes financial-product advice.
2. What sponsors receive
- Named recognition on the Research Programme page (with consent).
- Access to periodic research briefings on programme progress.
- Where offered at a given tier, input into the research agenda through consultative rounds.
- Attribution in resulting publications.
Sponsors do not receive editorial control over conclusions.
3. Term and delivery
Recognition and briefing access apply for 12 months from the date of the sponsorship, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where a sponsorship is renewed, benefits continue for the renewed period.
4. Payment processing
Sponsorship payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle issues the invoice and calculates any applicable taxes.
5. Refunds
Sponsorships are generally non-refundable once programme delivery has begun. Refund treatment for change of mind and Australian Consumer Law rights are described in the Refund Policy.
6. Use of sponsor's name and marks
Sponsors grant us a limited licence to use their name and logo for the purpose of programme recognition. Use of a sponsor's marks in any other context requires separate written agreement.
7. Public policy and independence
The Research Programme retains editorial independence. Sponsorship does not purchase policy positions, government access, or endorsement of the sponsor's products.
8. Conflicts of interest
Where a sponsor operates in a sector that the programme is researching, the sponsorship is disclosed in resulting publications.
9. Termination
We may decline or terminate a sponsorship where the sponsor's activities would materially compromise the Research Programme's independence, safety or reputation. Where terminated for that reason, a pro-rata refund of unused sponsorship may be provided at our discretion.
